Plain terms, no small print hidden away: here’s exactly what we promise, what we need from you, and what the guarantee does and doesn’t cover.
We offer a pass-or-free guarantee on ISO implementation. If the system we design doesn’t achieve certification, we keep working until it does, at no additional consultancy fee.
What we need from you
- You supply the information we ask for, in good time.
- You implement the processes and controls we agree.
- You keep accurate records.
- You make sure we attend every certification audit visit, in person or online.
The scope
- It covers our consultancy time only, not the certification body’s audit fees.
- It applies to ISO implementation, not industry accreditations or health & safety.
It’s not something many people offer, because most aren’t confident enough to.
Read the exact terms
NBES guarantees that, provided the client: supplies information requested in a timely manner; implements agreed processes and controls; maintains accurate records; and ensures NBES attendance (digital or physical) at all certification audit visits, the management system will be designed and implemented to achieve certification. Where certification is not achieved due to failings in system design or implementation attributable to NBES, additional consultancy time reasonably required to rectify deficiencies attributable to NBES will be provided at no further consultancy fee until certification is secured.
